Hunter Is Not Just a Fan Company

This blog post is sponsored by Hunter Fan Company.  All opinions are my own and my experience with the brand and its products.

Hi friends!  I’m back to share more about the updated lighting in our home.  Did you know Hunter is not just a fan company?  In late November, they introduced Hunter Lighting, a lighting collection to compliment their beautiful ceiling fans.  My favorite collection is called Hepburn.  I fell in love with the 52″ Modern Brass Hepburn we installed in Ava’s room and knew the Hepburn 4-light chandelier would work beautifully in our master bedroom.  I’ve wanted to transition towards a more modern look and this light checked all the boxes!

As described on their website, “The Hepburn Collection exemplifies modern design while also capturing the essence of the 1920s.”  My modern vintage heart loves this and it validates my love for the design!  They continue to say, “The Hepburn 4 Light Chandelier graces rooms with its cased white globe and modern brass detailing.”  The light fixture measures 30″ in diameter and requires 4 bulbs; we used LED.  It includes one 6 inch down rod and four 12 inch down rods, making it easy to use in tall ceiling areas or 8-10 foot ceilings.  The painted modern brass finish gives this light a soft and classic look we can enjoy for years to come.  Here are a few more views of the light in our master bedroom.

The lighting compliments our bedroom decor beautifully and helps to tie in the modern design I’m going for!

As you know, Hunter is known for their ceiling fans!  Another area in our home that needed new lighting is our covered patio!  We were in desperate need of a better and more cool efficient fan and Hunter provides just that with their Matte Black Solaria ceiling fan.

This 60 inch SureSpeed outdoor fan is known for it’s air flow and makes you feel cool instantly!  This fan is powered by a remote control receiver, which eliminates the common dead switch and maintains functionality of both switches on a dual switch, which also means less wiring!

We love the matte black and classic design of this fan.  It’s so nice to come out here and instantly feel cool while relaxing!  We will be enjoying this space a lot more now, especially during this holiday weekend!

Well, if you didn’t know before reading this blog post that Hunter is not just a fan company, you do now!  If you’re looking for great air flow, a quiet fan and classic design, I hope you’ll check out Hunter.  I also love that they used some of their most design-savvy fan models to create Hunter Lighting!   The Hepburn Collection is my favorite of them all!  If you missed my blog post on Ava’s room and her 52″ Modern Brass Hepburn, you can read more about it here.

I hope you all have a safe and Happy 4th of July!

Blessings,

What size room is your master? Yes have been looking to purchase the bedroom suite you show here. This sealed my decision. Thanks so much for sharing!

About Alicia

Alicia of Our Vintage Nest

My name is Alicia Armstrong; thank you for being here!
Ever since I can remember, I've been exposed to interior decorating. Watching my mom decorate and antique shop is a vivid childhood memory. Since starting this blog in 2016, my taste in decor has evolved to a more refined style. I've never leaned toward trendy, but more of a classic and timeless style. I enjoy shopping my home and changing things up to update a space. I love working on relatively simple projects and seeing a piece of furniture or room transform on a small budget. We purchased a new home four years ago and while there's nothing that needs to be renovated, I'm constantly finding something to enhance. I've painted several rooms, added shiplap, designed built-ins for a homework station and updated builder grade tile since moving here in 2016.
I've been married to my husband, Chris for 20 years. He works as an IT engineer for a small business. We have two children and reside in NW Arkansas. We are a Christian family who desires to live a life with Christ at the center. We have two animals, a Golden Retriever, Paisley and a blue point Ragdoll, Angel. They definitely complete our family and bring us a lot of joy!
I'm happy you've found Our Vintage Nest, where I share inspiration for all things home. I hope to inspire you to love your home, re-purpose what you have through simple DIY and learn some practical design tips along the way.
